&& The camolancho folder

This folder contains a cgi application written in the perl language basically
to ease in the maintenance of a possibly multilingual website. The application
had the usual wiki page editing, rudimentary document backup, automatic page
and message translation, and some database conectivity. It was a 
work in progress which will probably not progress anymore.
